本项目代理服务费根据《国家发展改革委关于进一步放开建设项目专业服务价格的通知》(发改价格【2015】299号)的规定及代理公司成本加合理利润确定代理服务费为15000.00元，由成交供应商支付。供应商将代理服务费计入投标总报价，由成交供应商支付给代理公司，代理公司向成交供应商开具增值税发票。项目取消或因质疑投诉等改变成交结果时费用不予以退还。
